CORRECT USE FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT
Roll the Chirogun Needleroller slowly and evenly over the desired area of the body – e.g., back, legs, arms, or abdomen. Apply only light pressure so that you clearly feel the stimulation without irritating the skin.
Roll the roller over each area for 2–5 minutes to stimulate blood circulation and gently activate the fascia. It can also be used as a warm-up tool before deeper massages to prepare the tissue and intensify the effects of subsequent treatments.
