Deep Tissue Roll
Goal: Relieves deep muscle tension, reduces pain and improves blood circulation.
Here's how:
Lie down with the affected muscle area, such as thighs, back or calves, on a fascia roller or the ChiroGun Ball.
Roll slowly and in a controlled manner over the muscles, paying attention to even pressure.
If you encounter sensitive points (trigger points), stay in place for 10-15 seconds and breathe deeply into the tension.
Tip:
A rolling rhythm that is too fast reduces the effect. Slow, deliberate movements activate the fascia tissue more effectively and promote lasting regeneration.
Duration: 60–90 seconds per muscle group.
